Virtual K-presence is a multimedia tele conferencing solution based on open standards. It has a built in multimedia "High Definition Virtual Tele Presence"(HDVT) engine which will deliver the high definition multi-media tele conferencing solution in a one to many, many to many environment.

1. Initiating high definition multimedia knowledge conference between the participants from Virtual K-Presence.

2. Setting up a virtual meeting among the participants on a particular agenda and create a meeting schedule.

3. Informing the participants over sms, email and web alert about the proposed virtual meeting.

4. On the date and time of conferencing, participants will join the conference by logging into the Virtual K-Presence Portal and establish the video conferencing among them.

Collaboration among the participants such as

• Power Point presentation, Review of financial statements, marketing strategy, Business proposals etc., among the participants,

6. Based on the Virtual Meeting, the agenda points are discussed, minutes of the meeting are generated, action and activity are assigned and the entire MOM is generated as a PDF file and send it to each participants

7. Based on the MOM and activity assigned - task is allocated to each participants and the tasks progress is monitored regularly.
